Short version: Forgeline provides B2B outbound services. You pay according to your agreement, cooperate with onboarding and follow-up, and we deliver campaigns using reasonable skill and care. The performance guarantee is governed by the Refund Policy.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of forgeline.ai and any services provided by Forgeline. By using the website, submitting a form, signing a service agreement, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Forgeline provides B2B lead generation and outbound services, which may include ICP strategy, email infrastructure, contact sourcing, campaign copywriting, campaign management, reply handling, meeting booking, and performance reporting.
3. Pricing and Payment
Unless a separate service agreement states otherwise, the standard engagement is a monthly infrastructure and management fee plus a performance fee for qualified meetings held.
- Infrastructure and management fee: commonly $1,500/month, billed in advance.
- Performance fee: commonly $300 per qualified meeting held.
- Custom terms: any signed service agreement overrides the standard terms shown here.
4. The 8-in-90 Guarantee
The performance guarantee is described in the Refund Policy. If Forgeline does not generate 8 qualified meetings during the first 90 days of a qualifying engagement, eligible infrastructure fees may be refunded, subject to client obligations and exclusions.
5. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate details about your offer, ICP, pricing, capacity, and sales process.
- Complete onboarding promptly and provide requested assets.
- Approve campaign materials within a reasonable time.
- Attend booked meetings and follow up with interested prospects.
- Do not request deceptive, illegal, misleading, or spammy campaigns.
6. Qualified Meetings
A qualified meeting generally means a booked and attended sales conversation with a prospect matching the agreed ICP and qualification criteria.
7. Compliance
Both parties agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, TCPA where applicable, and platform rules.
8. Intellectual Property
You own your brand assets, proprietary data, and leads generated for you. Forgeline owns its internal methodology, templates, systems, processes, and non-client-specific materials.

Forgeline does not guarantee closed deals, revenue, or specific conversion rates beyond any written performance guarantee.
