The enquiries you’ve already paid for.

“You got in touch back in March and never heard anything — are you still thinking about it?”

Every business is sitting on months of enquiries that asked for a price and then went quiet. Nobody rings them back. Forgeline does — personally, by phone — and books whoever is still interested straight into your diary.

What happens to them

Someone gets in touch. They get a price. Then nothing.

No reply, no answer, no explanation. Everyone assumes they went elsewhere. Most of them didn’t. They got busy, the budget moved, the timing was wrong, the decision got put off until a quieter week that never arrived.

They lost momentum, not interest.

Meanwhile your team is rightly focused on the people who enquired this week. The ones from March become a list nobody opens — and the money you spent getting them stays spent.

How it works

Four steps, and three of them are mine.

  1. You send me the list

Enquiries from the last six months that never went ahead. If they’re sitting in an inbox, search it and forward the lot — ten minutes. If they’re on paper, read them out to me on a call and I’ll type them up.

  2. I ring every one of them

Personally. Three or four attempts over a fortnight, then I stop. I don’t chase anyone who doesn’t want chasing — that’s your name on the phone as much as mine.

  3. Whoever’s still interested goes in your diary

Booked while I’ve still got them on the phone, then a text to both of you within five minutes. You’re never relaying messages through me.

  4. A week later I ring them back

To ask how they got on. Good manners — and it means neither of us is guessing about what actually happened.

What it costs

£19,000+

is what you keep on a £20,000 job — from someone who was worth nothing to you the morning before.

A flat fee rather than a percentage — so you know the exact number before I dial, and it never scales into something silly on a large job. It’s the same fee whether that customer took two calls or eleven, and it’s agreed in writing before I make a single one.

Payable when your customer pays their deposit, not when the job finishes — so it comes out of money already in your account. If the job later falls through and you refund them, the fee is credited against the next one.

Nothing up front. No retainer, no contract, no minimum, no setup fee. You are not paying for calls, hours or appointments — only for work that actually goes ahead. If nothing books, you pay nothing. That is the entire risk to you.

Who it’s for

It only works if you can take the work.

A good fit

The job is worth thousands and the decision takes weeks. Enquiries arrive faster than anyone has time to properly follow up.

Kitchens and premium home improvement. Private clinics. Anywhere a real conversation is what converts and a chasing email plainly isn’t.

Not a fit

One person, already booked out six months ahead. If you can’t take on more work, more enquiries are no use to you.

I’d rather say that now than take your list and waste both our time.

Who you’d be dealing with

Forgeline is one person.

I’ve spent years closing high-ticket enquiries by phone in English. It is the only thing I do, and the only thing Forgeline sells. I’m based in Albania and I work UK hours.

Every call I make on your behalf is recorded and yours to listen to. You’ll know inside one recording whether I’m any good, which is the fastest way to settle it either way.

There is a written agreement in place before I touch a single name, and nothing leaves your systems that you haven’t agreed to.

Getting hold of me

If I’ve rung or written to you, this is the way back.

A message is fine. There’s nothing to book and nothing to sign — and if it’s not for you, saying so takes ten seconds.
